- 1 tsp kitchen king masala
- 1 tsp garam masala powder

- For masala paste:
- 1/4 the cup coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup dry coconut
- 2 tbsp cashews or melon seeds
- 1/2 cup deep fried onions
- For omlette
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1 tsp coriander leaves
- 2 eggs
- As per taste Salt
- For garnishing:
- 1 tsp Coriander leaves
- Few Cashewnuts
Steps to make Andaa Lapeta
- Firstly boil 3 eggs and keep aside

- Dry roast dry coconut for 5 mins, now In a mixer grinder add cashew, fried onion, coriander leaves and dry coconut and make paste of this

- Now heat 2 tbsp oil in pan add chopped onion fry till translucent next add chopped tomatoes fry well,next add chilli powder,turmeric,coriander powder,kitchen king masala fry for 2mins.

- Next to this add grounded paste,salt and fry till oil seprates from pan.


- Now add some water to masala (gravy must not be thin) and give a boil to masala now add boiled eggs,garam masala powder,add some chopped coriander leaves cover and cook for 5mins, once done switch off the flame

- Next beat 2 eggs to this add red chilli flakes and salt, coriander leaves,heat 1 tsp oil and prepare omlette

- Now in serving bowl add omlette and pour egg gravy on it


- Andaa lapeta is ready to serve, garnish it with some kaju and coriander leaves and serve it with chapati or roti


- Tip - you can add spice according to your taste more or less
