  4. Grease microwave proof dishes and pour the portions separately. Microwave, covered on high for 4-5 minutes. Check with a tooth pick and cool and unmould.
  5. Meanwhile heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. As they splutter, add curry leaves and switch off flame. Pour this tempering on the dhokla.
