  2. 1 cup grated lauki
  3. 1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
  4. 1/2 cup Curd
  5. 1/2 cup coarsely ground masala peanut
  6. 1 tbsp saunf
  7. 1tbsp black sesame
  8. as needed Water
  9. 1tsp eno fruit salt
  10. As per taste Salt
  11. 2 tsp oil
  12. For tempering:-
  13. 1 oil
  14. 1 tsp mustard
  15. 1 tsp white sesame
  16. 1 tsp cumin
  17. 1/2 tsp asafoetida

Instructions to make Lauki Schezwan Dhokla

  1. Take a bowl and mix Suji,lauki, Schezwan Sauce, salt, saunf, black sesame, curd, crushed masala peanut,oil-1tsp & water to make batter.
  2. Meanwhile boil water in a big kadhai place greased plate. Now add eno fruit salt and mix well & pour batter in a plate sprinkle masala peanut powder on top cover with lid put some weight on lid & cook for 20-mins.
  3. For tempering heat small tempering bowl add oil, mustard, cumin when starts cracking add asafoetida and turn off gas pour with spoon on cut dhokla.
  4. Serve hot tasty Dhokla in a plate.
