  9. 2 tbsn ginger garlic and Chilli paste
  10. 4 green chillies
  11. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  12. 1tsp Turmeric
  13. 1 tbsn salt
  14. 1/2 peas (this for mince)
  15. Tamarind chutney/ sauce
  16. 1/2 cup tamarind soaked in half cup warm water
  17. 7 Kashmiri red
  18. Chillies (less heat)
  19. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  20. 2 cloves garlic
  21. 1 tsp cumin
  22. 1 tsp salt

Steps to make Wheat flour samosa (aatey ke samosey)

  1. First knead the dough,make a soft dough, and cover with wet cloth and keep in warm place.now heat 2 tbsn oil in pan add the sliced onion and cumin, mix now add ginger garlic and chilli paste them mutton mince and salt,mix well,add all in pic3 and cook well.
  2. Now add peas and simmer 2 mins and let it cool and add few coriander leaves. Now grind all in pic 2 this is tamarind chutney/sauce to go with it.after grind add salt,mix and ready.
