- Take a paneer pcs put some salt,chilli and garlic paste rub in paneer slices.Take rest for half an hour.
- Take a mixing bowl put besan,rice flour mix then add all spices mix add water mix then make a semi liquid batter.

- Take a wok add oil then oil heat take a batter put paneer slices coat in batter for both sides then fry in golden colour.


- Then enjoy paneer pakoras in ketchup.
