  16. 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder

  18. 2 potato, boiled & mashed
  19. 1/2 tsp aamchur / dry mango powder
  20. 1/2 tsp salt
  21. as needed Tamarind Chutney
  22. to taste Green Chutney
  23. 8-10 Fried potatoes cubes
  24. to taste Chaat masala
  25. 1 cup Thick Curd

Steps to make Aloo Kachori Chaat

  1. Prepare the kachori dough and rest for 20 minutes.
    prepare the stuffing by heating 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander seeds and ½ tsp fennel. saute till it turns aromat.
  2. Add 2 green chillies, ½ tsp ginger paste and saute for 30 seconds.
    keeping the flame on low, add spices.
  3. Now add 2 boiled potato and mashed potato, ½ tsp salt and mix well.
    aloo stuffing is ready.
    now pinch a small lemon sized ball and flatten it.
  4. Scoop 2 tsp of prepared aloo stuffing and place in the centre.
    get the edges together and form a bundle.
    close the top by pressing and flattening.
  5. At this stage gently press the edges and flatten to form a poori size.
    when the oil is medium hot, add prepared kachori and fry.
  6. Now place 1 large kachori.
    further, gently make a hole in the centre without breaking entire kachori.
  7. Pour curd in centre of kachori.
    also add in tamarind chutney, green chutney, cumin powder, chilli powder, chaat masala and salt.
    further top with fried potatoes slices.
  8. Serve immediately.
