- 1 Avocado
- 60 grams Kimchi (Chinese cabbage)
- 1/2 tsp Ground white sesame seeds
- 1/3 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 Kiwi fruit
Steps to make Fruity Naengmyeon with Avocado and Kiwi
- Remove the skin and seed of the avocado and cut into 1 cm chunks. Thinly slice the kimchi. Combine the avocado, kimchi, ground white sesame seeds, and sesame oil in a bowl and mix.
