- Pour the batter to the tray and place it in the steamer. Steam for 15 mins on medium flame.
- After 15 mins, insert a knife to check if it's done. If the knife comes out clean then it's done or else steam it more for 5 mins.
- Take out the tray, let it cool down and then cut it to square pieces.
- For Tempering, heat the oil. Then add curry leaves and mustard seeds (u can also add sesame seeds). Saute for few seconds and then pour on the rava dhokla.
