- Wash, peel and slice raw bananas. Don't chop fine. I sliced them 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat oil in a large kadhai. Add cumin and mustard seeds, once they splutter add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and saute.

- Add chopped tomatoes and let them cook.

- Add all the masalas and salt and mix well and cook for a minute or so.

- Once cooked add in the sliced bananas

- Cover and cook. Check if the vegetable is soft. Switch off flame.
